the conclusion of the article may not be correct. The assumption is that you must let them in and then treat them nicely. Doesn’t have a prescription for not letting them in in the first place.
They don’t bring up how you only have two choices:
A. assimilate the horde - and do so by ensuring they don’t set up enclaves
B. don’t let the horde in.
You can have multiculturalism or mass immigration of groups - but not both without Balkanization.
