Jackson Lee, then a member of the House Science Committee was stoned or stupidDumber than a box of rocks back then and she's lost even more of her miniscule brain power since. She's the epitome of the black female democratic politician - a bone deep sense of entitlement - a loud mouth that proclaims all blacks' problems are the result of white people, and a livin' large lifestyle funded by largesse from the taxpayers' pockets.

Mars is the perfect destination for islam...Actually, Venus (with its 800 degree surface temp and atmosphere laden with sulfuric acid) would be a better place for the hell-bound head chopping camel f*****g sand n*****s.

I’m for it if muslim outreach means sending all muslims to Mars to live.

“at the risk of seeming biased, what have Muslims done for man kind?”
They often rub out liberals within their societies. That’s gotta score them at least a few points.

Yes. Belief, not reality, is what counts these days. The folks that never outgrew Disney are now apparently approaching middle age.

“Mars can never be colonized, because the inner core has cooled and unlike the Earths core, it is solid and unmoving. Because of this, the gravity is not strong enough to hold the atmosphere to the planet.”
Close, but no cigar.
A molten core produces a planetary magnetic field which shields a planet from the solar wind of its sun. Without that protection, a planet’s atmosphere will be gradually blown away.
That’s what happened to Mars’ atmosphere.
People have speculated for decades about terraforming Mars, but unless we can figure out how to reheat the planet’s core, it ain’t happening.

You can always build Habitation Domes.

I don’t want to be encapsulated in a habitation dome - I want to frolic in the red sand, and climb that big @ss mountain!

Mount Olympus? I still remember what happened to Arnold in Total Recall when he climbed that in his dream, scared me when I saw that as a kid lol.
To: the_individual2014
I was absolutely hoping for a reference to Total Recall.
That dude’s eyes bugging out in the vacuum? It freaked me out too.
