Just did some poking around for you. A one stop source for HVAC, refrigeration, etc. and has good equipment is Dometic at www.dometic.com . For shore power using AC, it really needs to be two 30amp, 120V inputs or one 50amp, 240V input. For the two 30amp input (the most common in the US and Canada) one is wired straight to the 120V panel and the second to the charger to maintain the batteries and supply the house 12V load.

For generators, take a look at Northern Lights, Fisher Panda and Onan (Cummins). They all I think have units to mount in the side compartments.

Thanks! I’m familiar with Dometic, the fridge and microwave in this one are Dometic. Didn’t occur to me that they’d do mini-split heat pumps, I’ll have to check it out.

The OEM generator is an Onan. Big old thing, sort of loud, vibrates. Works very well though. I’m thinking stick with it until some major need for service crops up, then evaluate an upgrade to a newer, quieter, more efficient model.
