Apparently the perpetrator violated his probation from the Inauguration ruckus. We won't see him for awhile.

It wasn't the guy that got arrested, but as the cameraman panned around, the guy that was filmed planning an acid attack at the inauguration was standing on the same corner. He is shown smiling at the attack.
