Yikes!
Glad you, and the community, are safe.
Couldn’t have anything to do with VA’s large mussulman communities, no could it? No of course not, as they are just peaceful travelers waving their own IEDs ...

my alma mater. that is right across the street from dorms. I was the RA there in 1976.
I wonder if it REALLY was an IED, or just getting ready to trailgate.
This cobbled-together story is hard to follow, but I think the vehicle was cleared, in that it wasn't the explosive device. Hell, I carry two propane tanks in my vehicle when they need refilled.
It was some other device that was detonated, not the vehicle.
The three tanks were not an IED.
The car that exploded yesterday was.
“Stephen Powers, 30, of Gloucester, was arrested at his home, Riley said. It follows the explosion of the IED around 5 p.m. Thursday in the parking lot between the Berrets Seafood & Taphouse and Williams-Sonoma.”
I’m surprised this isn’t making anything more than local news.
Like scared that it’s not national news.
Apparently no casualties, so not news.
I like that area. Very historical. Very disturbing someone would bomb it.
