Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) revealed on Saturday that he wants to “subpoena” FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCable and Peter Strzok, the FBI official who was removed from the agency’s Russia probe after his anti-Trump text messages came to light.
“We're going to subpoena Andrew McCabe, subpoena Peter Strzok,” Jordan said.
“Let’s get all the documents, let’s bring them in for depositions,” the Republican added. “Let’s put them on the same witness stand that Rosenstein sat in last week and Sessions sat on a few weeks ago and ask them the same tough questions so the American people can get the answers.”

This kind of announcement should not be made until after the subpoena is delivered and, preferably, the subpoenaed documents are in hand.
Publicizing that a subpoena is about to come lets the bad guys know to conduct a document scrub. Not good.

And fire Rosenstein, Mcabe, Strzok, and a few others, then put Former agents that have been speaking out against the corruption in their place temporary or permanently.

Strzok: Isn’t it funny how those stupid Trump supporters and Fox News Idiots have totally misinterpreted our Insurance Policy Plan?
McCabe: Indeed. Our attempt to clear the President of all those scurrilous reports once and for all with a panel of investigators who in no way could be identified as Trump patrons appears to be under appreciated.
Strzok: And, in the minuscule possibility that these claims are true, we will be doing a great service to our country and the world.
McCabe: Correct. I am so thankful the Congress is giving us an opportunity to clarify all of this, hopefully as early as next week.
Strzok: Yup.
I thought Rosenstein was a snake now he looks like a weasel. He is the weak link.
They’ve been scrubbing since the day after the election. McCabe has been requested to appear already, multiple times, but has so far refused to show citing “scheduling conflicts.” Hopefully he refuses the subpeona now, too, and if Sessions refuses to go after him, as has been reported he refused to go after Clinton people for refusing to testify, it could be the end of Sessions.
Do they need volunteers for a firing squad?
That is about the dumbest thing I read in a month. Look at a timelime and try to make sense of what you posted.
Preferably with news crews in tow and squads of Federal Marshalls to secure documents and devices.
Agree with not telegraphing the punch. Curtesies be damned. The fate of the republic is at issue. Strike fast, strike hard...repeat as necessary.
Because he testified under oath that he is recused from anything election related. At a minimum.
I’m hopeful that those being subpoenaed are under good surveillance AND that this was a purposeful leak.

I know Carthage wasn’t built in a day BUT these clowns should have already done the ‘Perp Walk’.
Apparently these statements are either useless or the ‘leaker’ doesn’t play poker or basketball.
Never lead with your ‘best shot’.... all this does is alert the people ‘in charge’ who will either start shredding or make a trip to Fort Marcy (Park) with whoever the ‘star’ attraction for the day is or when SEVERAL people commit ‘suicide’ that one is closely affiliated with at least ONE of the bozos should be ‘face palming’ and screaming ‘WTF’ over.
Be nice when they start REALLY investigating these bodies of potential rats or testifiers...Have to wonder what the over/under or at least the break #is....
Congress has been asking for the documents for months. If documents are to be scrubbed chances are they already have been.
Sessions is fundamentally out of his class.
He needs to retire or be fired.
