If any of the SEC teams had two losses, Big 10 fans would say they shouldn’t be in the playoffs.

The game is going to be played at the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta. It might as well be played at Sanford Stadium in Athens, GA because Athens, GA is about one hours' drive from Atlanta itself. In short, the fans in the stands will be OVERWHELMINGLY pro-Georgia.

GA is about one hours' drive from Atlanta itself. Alabama is just a short trip across I-20 West
That Stadium will be ROCKING

Umm, Birmingham is <150 miles away, Tuscaloosa 200. There will be plenty of Alabama fans present.

Yep. Auburn fell apart after they beat both number one teams late in the season. They probably should have beat Clemson in the season opener has they been playing like they did in those two games. Totally blew game in second half with LSU. Coulda woulda shoulda. War Eagle until next season.

Perhaps.
As a PSU alum saddened at their having lost two games by a
total of four points, I also seem to recall some team from WI that was
12-0 at the end of the regular season.
The post-season seemed pre-ordained to be the ESPN Bowl, regardless.
(not to mention UCF's perfect seaon ;-)

Thousands to watch some guys play with a ball. National individual credit card debt is over $15k. I think we know why. They’re idiots.

I have my doubts. If what Darren Rovell reported on Twitter is correct, Georgia fans have snapped up many of the tickets to the championship game already. It’s still going to be majority Georgia fans there.

We heard earlier about schedules. You mention UCF so I guess schedules don’t matter anymore. Wisconsin would have more than their one loss if they played a tougher schedule too.

Look at UCF schedule this season. They won a meaningless bowl. I am sure auburn was disappointed to be there.

I bet all of the hotels are bummed. Not many people are going to need a place to stay for more than a night.

........
Tuscaloosa is not that far of a drive less than 3 hours and Alabama opens the season every year in the ATL.
