On the previous thread, I said that I don't take "T-minus [12:34]" to be using a literal time-based countdown clock. One two three four has some other meaning, and I speculated the countdown was event-based, not time based.

Not saying 12:34 is an event-based countdown, but I doubt events of the nature we are discussing can be or are timed to the minute, even when only half a day in advance. And even if they are timed to the minute, the chances of a post 12 hours and thirty four minutes previous is just weird.

Yeah, I was listening to the live stream till early this morning and they were saying the same thing that it is not necessarily a countdown clock. I now have some catching up to do.
