I know how to make links, but have been privately chastised for even posting a plaintext URL to anything 8chan.

I figure a plaintext URL isn't objectionable to JR, because anybody using it won't be "hotlinking from FR." I also figure, in an abundance of caution, that hotlinking to 8chan, even to an image, might be objected to either by JR or by 8chan, so I don't make any links to material at 8chan.
