I read an article not long ago that the $ was not “mullah” money but from the previous Iranian government to buy arms with, and was $400 million. So it was not the mullah government money anyway, and they had legally forfeited it by various crimes.
So there was NO legal reason to give them one damn penny. What to speak of billions or whatever it was that Steaming Pile aka as 0bola gave them.
Also, the total was 1.7 billion. We know 400 mil was paid in cash and delivered. How was the other 1.3 billion paid? Who really got that money?
