Sometimes it’s hard to connect his hand motion with the letter Q. My brain wants to start at the top because when I make a printed Q, I start at the top to make an O then add the tail. I was thinking maybe he was making a cursive Q, which looks something like a 2, and that worked starting at the top. But this tracing of his hand made it clear he’s making the printed Q but starting at the bottom, while his hand is still on the lectern.
