I've never heard of that and have no idea who Richard Spencer is. I mean, sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. Right? I took the use of ((())) to make the Deep State references really stand out on the card and catch one's attention. But YMMV.

Robert Spencer is an agent provocateur, what is the Q card about? Spencer is Ivy League educated and with same background, and was hired by The Atlantic to make some documentary or book or something about racism.
Who makes these Q cards, are they actually connected with Q?
