In Europeans and East Asians (more in East Asians, but still something like 3% of their genes at best compared to 2% for Europeans).
in fact I think all non-African peoples have neanderthal genes which indicates that the mating occured somewhere near Israel/the Levant as even Aboriginal Australians have the genes
