Years ago, I bought a wall chart called "The History Chart". The left side/margin listed all the major geographical regions on the planet and along the top was a timeline from left to right...all the way up to the year 2000.

What struck me was the red line that ran top to bottom around...I forget 'when'...it was way back in the BC era. It was labeled "The Great Flood" and it cut through all geographical regions.
