John Huber, who will investigate the FBI, is a special counsel in every way but name
Washington Times ^ | 4/1/2018 | Jeff Mordock

Attorney General Jeff Sessions may have declined calls to appoint a second special counsel to investigate the FBI’s behavior during the 2016 campaign, but the man he has picked to lead an internal Justice Department review is a special counsel in every way but name.

John W. Huber, the U.S. attorney in Utah, can convene a grand jury, issue subpoenas, collect evidence and order witnesses to testify — all the usual powers a federal prosecutor has — as he delves into whether the FBI abused its powers when it sought permission and then carried out wiretapping of a Trump campaign figure, or whether it trod too lightly in pursuing questions about Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

Mr. Sessions said the facts of the FBI situation don’t yet rise to the level of demanding a special counsel, but Mr. Huber is as close as can be.

“He will have the full authority of a federal prosecutor,” said Richard Painter, former chief ethics attorney for President George W. Bush. “If he looks at this and finds someone in the DOJ lied to a government official, he would be able to convene a grand jury, compel testimony and even prosecute them.”

Pilots for troop transporting ... war is looming, to erase citizen memory of deep state criminalities.

The IG report can be chaptered and chapters released immediately.

No need to drag this out for years unless the DoJ (Sessions) wants to slow walk this.

It’s a cinch Mueller was. He hand-carried a sample of the yellow cake to Moscow to show the Ruskies the quality of the stuff they’d be buying. 2009, I think?

So to your question, where are the indictments....I would think that the process is this -

- release IG report (in phases because of sheer mass of criminality)- expected this month April

- allow the public to digest the criminal actions of the Obama Crime Cabal. Note that likely not more than 10% of Americans know about this.

- Shortly followed by simultaneous indictments. And then moving up the Criminality Chain from Strzok/Page/McCabe to people like Yates/Brennan/Rice & Co.

.

The point is, if they wanted Hillary, Huma would already be under indictment. Cheryl Mills, her Server boy, and on down the line.

They think Hillary has some special status, and you won’t ever see her held accountable, or Joe Biden answering for the Millions he sons get from foreign countries.

Huber is only because Sessions was called out on the IG’s inability to prosecute. Huber will decline to prosecute anyone you’ve ever heard of, after a mind-dulling period of time elapses.

Seriesly, how long does it take for Sessions to take some real action?

Long enough to do it right.

Did Mulehead wait until “reports were finished” before he filed indictments?
No.
Huber already has access to investigative files that has been ongoing
for over a year. Huber does not have to wait until reports are
released to the public to start filing indictments.
He already knows what those investigative files say.

Sessions will next put together a Blue Ribbon Panel for more investigations.

There is no reason for Huber to delay indictments, unless the goal
is a whitewash.

Huber already knows what’s in those IG investigative files.

“There is no reason for Huber to delay indictments, unless the goal is a whitewash.”

There is a mountain of high crimes, felonies, and a massive conspiracy of high treason just waiting for grand juries.

Kicking this to the IG and Huber(a demoncrat) is a WHITEWASH. An obvious whitewash. Sessions hasn’t done jack-sh!t except recuse himself and put rosenstein and mueller in charge of the DOJ. It’s a farking disgrace.

In the long run we are all dead.

Justice needs to be timely.

“June 17, 1972: The plumbers are arrested at 2:30 a.m. in the process of burglarizing and planting surveillance bugs in the Democratic National Committee offices at the Watergate Building Complex.”

“September 15, 1972: Hunt, Liddy, and the Watergate burglars are indicted by a federal grand jury.”

Oh, looks like it used to only take 3 months. Sessions is a deep napper.

Are you attempting to slow walk bringing Sessions to Justice by repetition?

“There is a mountain of high crimes, felonies, and a massive conspiracy of high treason just waiting for”

That’s right, but we are only going to get one shot to take them down. It has to be airtight, it has to be perfect and it has to be complete, especially if Obama is a defendant.

Rep Jordan on Fox News.

“McCabe didn’t lie just once, he lied four times,” Rep. Jim Jordan said. He continued, “He lied to James Comey. He lied to the Office of Professional Responsibility and he lied twice under oath to the Inspector General.”

Rep. Mark Meadows added, “Everybody is saying this is political in nature, but when you read the report you see that it’s not political because under oath and certainly with the investigation, it was a real problem.” Meadows went on to say that the Attorney General’s decision not to appoint a second special prosecutor was “extremely disappointing.”

Yesterday, AG Sessions wrote a letter to Reps. Goodlatte and Gowdy and Sen. Grassley saying he would not be appointing a second special counsel but had asked a US attorney in Utah to look over certain issues and determine whether further investigation (including the creation of a second special counsel) was warranted.

“I don’t know why the Attorney General keeps postponing this,” Jordan said. He added, “Everyone in town knows we need a second special counsel to get to the bottom of this.”

When the dust settles on this, it will make Watergate look like a walk in the park.

Re your example, you should also consider that there will be indictments of major players in the administration of the first black president, and possibly Obama himself.

Everything has to be solid, water-tight and bullet-proof !

Seriously, how long does it take for Sessions to take some real action?

Depends. Do you want real action you can read about in the NT Times or see on CNN? I think that's what many people are desiring when they are down on Sessions. For some reason, our side needs validation from the mainstream media. I don't. I trust that Trump and Sessions are on top of this and the less we hear about these investigations in the MSM, the better.

Consider that people like Jordan, Meadows and Gaetz are playing a role here. Devin Nunes has also taken a step back as he understands what is about to play out.

Trump does not trust Sessions or the DOJ as he clearly stated in his tweet today.
