Good luck! Have tried DOZENS of high-priced pillows...chronic neck pain/spasms...

MyPillows are very good. I bought a medium and a firm, but had to pull some fill out of the firm to get it right. Only problems for me - foam is a little too soft (mushy), and no zippers to adjust the amount of fill.

Lately I switched to COOP Home Goods version of very similar shredded-foam pillow, from Am*z*n. Better firmness to the fill (maintains height, without being stiff), this helps me because I’m a big dude with wide shoulders, and need a pillow that stays TALL. With the mypillow, the initial firm was tall enough but gave way too much, so my neck ended up bent down. Adding fill made it uncomfortably stiff due to the case.

Key feature of the COOP pillow: zippers to adjust the amount of fill (I needed to rip & stitch to adjust the mypillows). And they are cheaper than mypillow too, if you wait for fairly regular sale price.

Search for “Coop Home Goods - PREMIUM Adjustable Loft - Shredded Hypoallergenic Certipur Memory Foam Pillow”

note - standard size is BIG (almost queen for other pillows), queen is huge like most king pillows. Sale price in December was 35.99.

COOP has one more premium item called “The Eden Pillow” msrp 129 usually offered for 69, but so far I really like the one I have. Even kept a spare that was intended as a Christmas gift (in car as a travel pillow).

I looked that up, I might order that. The “My Pillow” seems like a lot of work. It sounds like you always have to wash it or put it in the dryer or it will flatten out.
