Give them a copy of international amnesty rules and regulations that says amnesty must be applied for at first country of entry.....and send them back to wherever the next state next to their residence was.

I don’t think we should pay a penny to return them. Now if we had a wall, we wouldn’t have to! Again, the wall pays for itself. Trump is running out of time to get it going.
