Yep. And why not? It's status quo.

I'm not impressed with Giuliani strategy of winding down the Mueller witch-hunt on "fruit of the poison tree." That doctrine is "something there, but you can't use it." Better to wind up with "nothing there."

Judge denies Manafort motion to throw out charges of lying

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson on Friday rejected former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort's attempt to have some of the criminal charges against him thrown out.

Also Friday, the federal judge in a separate criminal case in Virginia delayed Manafort's trial there. U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III said in an order that he's pushing back the trial on tax evasion and bank fraud charges because of a medical procedure involving a member of Ellis' family.
