I made gourmet SOS for dinner tonight. Yeast-batter crispy belgian waffles, ‘chipped’ beef using slow-crocked minute steaks, shredded in au jus, thickened w/cornstarch, with a horseradish/cream cheese/sour cream topping.
Thanks for telling me, but I didn’t get the takeout. Sounds great.
