Under this image (Q post 752) was "I hear Hanoi is educational. Q"
So the image is possibly surveillance of RBG on a trip to Hanoi? Checked United schedules for flights to Hanoi and they all seem to be via a connection flight at a larger airport (Shanghai for example) in a smaller aircraft than shown in the picture in post 1497? So if that photo is about a flight to Hanoi then it is at a connecting flight location or perhaps the return/departure airport in the US?
United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg today concluded an official visit to Hanoi, where she met with senior government officials, including Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung to discuss the rule of law. She was accompanied by her daughter, Dr. Jane Ginsburg, who met with judicial officers, legal scholars and representatives of the private sector to discuss the intellectual property rights law.
