Prefer Miracle Whip, only eat mayo in potato salad if that is how it was made.

You and I are probably the only 2 people here that actually like Miracle Whip. It is mayonnaise with paprika and nothing more. Of course I’m a little biased. My gran used Miracle Whip exclusively and she made her potato salad and deviled eggs with it so that’s what I got used to. I’ve made them both just like hers with mayo instead and it just didn’t have the same zippy tang so I went back to using Miracle Whip. I see nothing wrong with liking it just like any other condiment. There is room for it all. I actually love nearly all condiments. I can drink A1 strait from the bottle. I love Heinz 57 sauce. Of course ketchup and Texas Pete hot sauce is mandatory. Love it all.
Having said that, like most southern people I love real mayo and rank Dukes #1 and Hellmans #2. Kraft can stop production anytime.
