I am surprised by the number of millennials I’ve run into that don’t like beer for that very reason: Childish taste buds. “I tried beer and it was yucky.”

Most of them today want these “crafted” beers that taste like anything besides beer....
That’s a fleeting taste I always appreciate reliving, the taste beer had when dad would give you a sip of one he cracked after doing something like mowing grass. It pretty much is exclusive to American “blue collar” lagers and if you drink beer with any regularity you only catch it if you haven’t had one for a few weeks and/or you really exerted yourself.
