...And regarding the thing I was remembering, I thought I heard a clip of his speech where he added “Congress” in the phrase “military industrial.”
I saw that in the Kevin Shipp video. He mentions that Eisenhower was going to use “military, industrial, congressional complex” but at the last minute was persuaded to drop ‘congressional’ from the speech. Kevin does not say who it was that convinced Eisenhower to drop that one word, but I suspect it was an aide that had to deal with the congress.

That wasn’t nearly the sort of rhetoric I’ve heard them use in the past. There was no “death to America death to Israel”. I would say Mr. Trump escalated.

A damning article. It is possible that the NYT didn’t know that Ali-girl had the FISA warrent or had prostituted herself for the info, but it would be perfectly in character for them to have that info, ignore it, be the “Ministry of Truth” and promulgate instead the “truth of the moment” most needed to serve the needs of the collective.
