A lot of thoughts on RR lately. Q said he agreed to resign and then backed out of agreement.

I can't recall Q saying he backed out of an agreement?

I do remember Q indicating he had to recuse, resign, or be replaced when the documents were released.

Q also said when the documents were released it would be the end of the SC.
