That meme was created primarily to counter anti-Q FReepers who are complaining that "nothing's happening". IOW, it's meant for conservative folk who are too shortsighted or are too lazy to do their homework -- or just demand instant gratification.
IIRC, I originally wrote the text in a post on a non-Q FR thread -- to shut up a whiner who was trashing Trump because he didn't see HRC doing a perp-walk yet. I believe that was the post I closed by comparing him to a cranky toddler in the back seat -- who keeps whining, "Are we there, yet?"

Bottom line: IMO, it reveals too much of "The Plan" to the leftist crazies who infest Twitter (and gives them a "target") -- at least for now.
DO Feel free to use it on FR -- wherever there are folks who bad-mouth Trump and Sessions. And, if they keep on whining, just post,
