I Google searched that image of Bill and Hill. It appears to be doctored. The Daily Mail website has this caption below the picture (and the Q’s are really O’s):

Yes. Because they love rubbing elbows with the “common folk” in commercial airlines and were absolutely sick of being met on the tarmac by private limos with fully stocked bars and “servants”. So are they ditching their SS detail or are those big bulk men crammed into tiny coach seating? ‘Cause I recall the Clinton’s hatred for the SS, but they may change their minds if “forced” to mingle with “commoners”.
FWIW: In the picture, the far left Q is visibly photoshopped -the cross mark of the ‘O’ is on the top of the metal frame of the sign.
