Another question: What power does he have to dismantle the Fed?
Seems like he will be able to appoint all of the FED reserve board. The board could then ask congress to end the Fed Reserve. Other than that they can stop manipulating the US and WW economies and return to letting the market drive itself.
They could also return US fiscal and monetary policy to the Congress, the POTUS, and the Sec of Treasury could control the money supplies.
