Could be... a lot of history for this fermented brain to keep up with -- and too much speculation. JFK and the CIA had an adversarial relationship, for many reasons - not the least of which was the Bay of Pigs fiasco. 🛩️
JFK actually minted competing currency, Red seal “u s treasury” notes.
