WASHINGTON — A George Mason University student will effectively serve three years in prison for selling LSD to a fraternity brother who died from falling out a fifth-floor window.
Alejandro Porrata admitted selling LSD to 19-year-old Tristan Medina in September. Three days after the sale, Medina ran and crashed through a dorm building window on the Fairfax, Virginia, campus. Porrata faced a charge of distribution of a controlled drug.
“You are a drug dealer,” a judge told Porrata, according to WTOP’s news partners at NBC Washington. “You did a very stupid thing, and as a result, your family is suffering, the Medina family is suffering, and you will suffer as well.”
Porrata received a 10-year sentence, with seven of those years suspended. He also must serve 100 hours of community service.
Both Porrata and Medina were members of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.

How about doctors who run script mills Davy? You want those doctors executed right? How about those who use and sell common bennies? Would you execute an 18 year old young woman for selling a half gram of cocaine? Well?
My point is no one is going to execute people for selling drugs in the U.S. And based on your comments it seems you'd fit in very well in countries like Communist China or with the religious fanatics in Iran. Maybe you should consider moving to one of those lovely places Davy.

Maybe you should move to Mexico and the other drug cartel countries since you like drugs so well. I know lets legalize all drugs how does that sound for you.
