Should they then pass legislation prohibiting me from banning people from my home for First Amendment-protected speech?

If your home controls 90% of all public traffic of a certain class, then I would be in favor of seizing your home through the process of Eminent domain.

The power to control communications is too great a danger for the nation to survive.

Don't want your home seized? Don't make it a part of a critical national infrastructure.
