That's an interesting post, but this one item confuses me. Back in early 2017, why would there be a need to bring Rosenstein to justice? Had he committed some kind of crime before that?
Probably many, in light of his many years in the DC swamp and working under such major swamp creatures as Ken Starr and Eric Holder. His attorney wife Barsoomian is a semi-covert CIA operative disguised with a NIH (National Institute of Health) email address, and she has represented everyone from Bill Clinton to the FBI in legal affairs.
In short, Rod is just the kind of swampy guy you would get to sign off on a fraudulent surveillance warrant which encompassed a sitting POTUS.
Trump and allies decided it was advantageous to allow the fraudulent Carter Page warrant to be renewed post-inauguration, perhaps because its continuation would lead other swamp creatures into other crimes such as criminally leaking to the press to create synthetic "corroboration" for renewing the warrant, which did apparently happen. Obviously they couldn't have Sessions sign a warrant he knew to be fraudulent, so Sessions recused and the option to sign or not fell to Rosenstein. He could have refused to sign, let the warrant die and potentially saved himself, but he was under control of outside forces. As expected.
