I’ve always figured - there will be a pretty simple test for RR & the Mule - if they haven’t gotten to the bottom of that then they’re REALLY REALLY STUPID black hats ;)
It’s also something I’ve long pondered about any prosecution that might be tried based on the bogus Steele dossier -anybody who tried would be made out to be a fool in court since the whole basis for “Russia” things was fan fiction on 4ch dished up to rabid never trumpers & no name.
NOTE as I recall from 2016 - there was a prior version of this story that was originally done for another of the REP candidates; then it was updated for Trump and given to Rick Wilson.

The whole bizarre case is a phantom. How it figures into anything real, especially in a court room, is just about laughable.
To work at all, it was suppose to work immediately. Trump was suppose to bow down and bow out, or be immediately impeached, and removed. Nothing remotely close to that fairy tale occurred. Same with the Kavanaugh circus. To work at all, it was suppose to derail him immediately.

The update is that there is a 30 hour FILIBUSTER expected, which drives it into McConnell’s Court on Tuesday morning, in the Senate, before a vote will be called.
That is the way I took it, that initially it would be the Judicial Committee to call for a Friday morning vote.
It’s kind of a still breaking story, with a few clarifications going on.
But, at least, FINALLY, the Left is reduced to slurping from a soured saucer, the gruel of only a droning-on *Filibuster*.
