This is all a set up by Her Royal Hellness to get revenge against Kavanaugh for working with Ken Starr and trying to get Bill impeached.

While that may be in the back of her mind, I think it is the future that Hillary worries about and not the past.

If Kavanaugh is confirmed, he gets to participate in choosing which cases will be taken up by the Supreme Court in it's next sessions. My bet is that Hillary/Bill/Clinton Foundation are possible cases.

If Hillary can keep Kavanaugh from being confirmed this week, he could still be a SC Justice, but he doesn't get to help pick the cases.

People Like Ginsberg get to choose.

I.E. Hillary must keep Kavanaugh from participating to keep herself out of jail.

Humans will do a lot to gain pleasure (for instance getting revenge), but they will do ANYTHING to avoid PAIN (like going to jail).
