I too work in the lion’s den of Hollywood. I simply avoid political discussions at all costs! When forced to respond I make the most generic comments possible. Gosh, Nov. 9, 2016 was surreal - people were ready to jump out of windows.
Mine is Mostly “I dont care about politics. It’s too divisive. All I care about is money”. It works all the time and an effective cover. I wish I could say “I hate fags, leftards and Dummycrats and hope they all die” but cant..
I do the same thing at my leftard company offices in NY
The questions I occasionaly pose and never get any response to, not even sarcastic ones, are:
1) After 25 years...a full quarter century...of exposure to Hillary Clinton you actually thought she was presidential material and wouldn’t have abused her office in ways that make Obama look like a small town mayor?
2) Since you (meaning they) are so upset about Trump’s performance can you provide a detailed list of things Hillary Clinton would have done differently and (more importantly) better?
Me too. I try to avoid big political discussions. I may make some comments, such as agreeing that Trump is bombastic and over the top in comments sometimes. Otherwise I don’t tip my hand as to true feelings. We still have to live and function in this politically correct world we live in.
