I’d feel bad if I didn’t hate all Neanderthals.

Why do tiny holes in the bones of a child’s fingers, indicate the bones passed through the digestive system of a large bird?

they didn’t find any fossilized bird poop?

And at this date and in absence of grue (matted hair, broken bones, etc), it isn’t a “grisly” find.

The closest a human has come to being eaten by a dinosaur.

I’ve always been fascinated by stories about the American Thunderbird:

I don’t know if it’s still done but Zoroastrians in Bombay/Mumbai take their dead up to the top of a tower of their fire temple and expose the corpse and let vultures eat down to the bones. Interesting way to go I guess.

I’ve seen groups of ravens reduce a dead longhorn (1700 lbs) to bones given enough time.

Scientists in Poland report that Neanderthals in Europe mostly became extinct 35,000 years ago.

The Neanderthals in Europe now, are looking to become extinct again, on the hands of the invading Muslims.

Big birds are scavengers.

Back in these days it was watching your relatives getting eaten by scavengers (and the stink) that drove early man to bury their dead.

No one wants to see a little girl eaten. But when you are in the food chain, this stuff happens. Die in the woods—see how long you stay in one piece.
