Alger does not have to press charges. The police investigate interview, and request pics or vids from the attack. I have no doubt the attack was a felony. They then press charges and take to the DA and filing.
They are showing a willingness to kill to protect their right to kill babies.

All demonstrations/protests need to be videod the entire time.

Whether or not he wants to press charges should not matter. "ter·ror·ism; noun: the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims." Terrorists should be prosecuted regardless of forgiveness from the victim, and this attack was, by definition, terrorism.
