CB, we have a big mule and a couple mini donkeys. Talk about love. I get hugs and kisses all the time. My mule stands well above me, and just short of a thousand pounds. The 2 minis never get taller than 3 feet and are around 350 pounds, but absolute babies. We go for walks and they are very good at walking with mama (I am not quite 5 foot). Love my minis, well, maybe not as much as my mule.

I had a miniature donkey once. She was cute but hard headed. I did come up with an original name for her, Jenny! :-)
CUTE! I want donkeys now! And what is it with goats and donkeys? Those little sharp Hooves of the goats have to hurt.
And the baby donkeys, so precious.
Actually reminded me, when I was thinking of setting up a prepper place, donkeys would be easier to keep than horses. I also believe donkeys are used to protect other livestock. And it looks like they have a ton of personality!
