Agree, in general. Know a lot of great people in Asheville— people of faith and principle. Mtn. people who do not take crap. Some might intercede in some “flash gang” event. Agree, the better part of valor would be to surround his family with his arms, and walk them away. We just don’t know the chain of events. Asheville is a much more traditional medium size city , and the “folks” involved seriously in the minority, speaking frankly. Anyone in Atlanta would know better.
There used to be a time in the U.S. when it was a much better place and a more united country, when an adult told young folk to stop something, like brawling in public, they generally did what they were told.
Now adults are apparently supposed to cower when it comes to feral kids. What if some kid was getting their brains kick in and was outnumbered? Is it better to just keep walking and mind your own biz?
