I saw something (don’t have audio) that needs to be explained, namely why were the kids already getting their videophones out before the man/girl and their final tangle?
I saw the girl bull-rush him and his punch, but there was something else going on before that which is why the kids were already videotaping the event.
If she hit him first, then she’s guilty of assault and battery and when she charged him (i.e. perhaps the second assault), he had ever right to deck her (i.e. defend himself).
There is a lot more to this story. As a former street reporter I can vouch for that.
Let’s wait and see what “witness” statements say, as well as other tapes and comments by members of his family.
Now I’m waiting for the black scum ambulance chasers and agitators to fly in or come in by dog-sled (Sharpton, Jessie J, Sheila Lee Jackson, April Whoever from Florida, Cummings, Johnson, etc).
Be prepared for a “beat down on whitey” even if the white guy was legally defending himself.
MSNBC and CNN will make up the news until the truth comes out, and if the “truth” favors the guy, they will “can” it as in “File 13”.
Also, people are very wary of giving
witness testimony when it becomes a “racial incident.” Which this will rapidly become.
