She's a middle school aged kid, what charges would you recommend?
Juvenile assault on an adult
She or someone else pushed him early in the video
She is then runs up in her face saying God knows what
He pushes her back
She charges him and he smacks her at zero closing space
The only thing cut and dried is the race factor

I have and for the crime of being there
And I have a lot of experience dealing with aggressive blacks of all ages and usually male
Some white guy in western North Carolina might not considering they’re aren’t many there
When you’re first accosted by kids so aggressively it’s jarring cause it’s so foreign to you
I can’t fathom attacking a man my dads age
Course that’s an alien concept to most of them
You can’t just hold him accountable
Kids gang up on an adult man with his family
That’s wrong
