Just as a point of order...

If someone were to appoint a genuinely observant Muslim to the SCOTUS, how would that Justice rule on gay rights and abortion???

A Muslim constitutuionalist would rule that there are no such constitutional rights.

It is perfectly acceptable for infidels to have abortions though sadly it will leave less of them for them to kill later on.
