Do you or does anyone have any idea what Brazile meant by the note underneath the bills? Can anyone read the indecipherable word underneath the “$15.00”? So by “Leave something behind” she means “legacy”? The dollar bills mean absolutely nothing other than some kind of code. The number 15 must have some significance, in addition to how those men lost their lives.
