Justices drive into a garage underground (or their limo drivers do) and they get out and into an elevator that is not open to the public to go to the floor that their offices (chambers) are on. They are not visible to the public unless they head down to the courtroom. They don’t pass any photographers along the way, and photography is forbidden in the courtroom. But if she appeared in court, and asked questions, there should be hundreds of witnesses, and a court transcript.

Thanks for that info. I have read photos are not permitted in the courtroom.

There definitely should be witnesses and transcript. Are transcripts made public and if so, when, I wonder?

There would be Case Listings. Attorneys could be found. There is no way RGB could go to SCOTUS and participate without being seen.
