One of the few things I strongly disagree with. Uganda had the highest or one of the higest rates of AIDS in Africa. They criminalized homosexual acts and promoted sex in marriage, and now they have a very low AIDS rate.
Homosexual behavior is not normal, natural or healthy and the agenda is extremely destructive. The US should not be forcing normalization of homosexual acts down other countries’ throats.
There will be a rude awakening when people with compromised ideology stand before the LORD. It's in the BOOK. That's the way it will be. Yes and No. Never maybe.

Brilliant! He’s taken another liberal agenda item off their list and broken the Democrat voting block. And by doing it so publicly, it HAS to reach the unwashed masses to see that the propaganda about Trump’s prejudices is all absurd. Every time someone is executed in an Arabian country and the US says nothing, we look like bigoted fools. I am so very proud of him.
In Africa, most HIV is hetersexual...I could expalin why but it would be x rated and technical. Sores and balanitis and schistosomiasis have as much to do with it as promiscuity.
The hatred of gays is for several reasons...gay rape by slave traders and the sexual exploirtion by authority figures, including whites during colonial times...ie employers who sexually abuse their employees, teachers who have sex with students etc.
And I suspect this is the state dept just continuing the push to legalize gays, which was the policy that Obama pushed for years, not something new.
