I see reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit still. You completely missed (or outright ignored) my point.

Columbus is growing and has been for over a decade. There are far more job openings than people to fill them. If people are comfortable in their current jobs they won’t be looking to take new ones. There are quite a few skilled labor jobs going unfilled despite those hiring hiking up the wage rates to try to attract more people.

I’m sure you won’t read this post either.

I read your stupid insipid ignorant post. If there is labor issue then advertise for these position nationwide. Or better yet pay more. If those jobs were paying $40.00/hr instead of minimum wage would they get people? Hell yes. So the trick is to find the price point between minimum wage and $40.00/hr. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

There is no such thing as a labor shortage, what there is in this case is a wage shortage. YOU CAN'T SET THE PRICE OF LABOR. That's what communists do.
