Agreed. I dropped 125 pounds over the last 7 years using the “Eat-less, move-more” diet. Went lower carb and eliminated as much refined food from my daily diet as possible. I occassionally splurge but have kept it off. It IS a daily struggle but it is worth it. I am Type 2 diabetic and my crappy lifestyle choices earlier in my life CONTRIBUTED to my disease but was not the sole cause of it. I STRONGLY encourage anyone battling excess weight to start fighting it now. Do not wait until it catches up with you.

MY two cents worth.

Low carb works and not eating after 8 pm. Give your body time to fast before eating again in the morning. Having been in the restaurant business for 7 years (some years back) I can say that overweight people eat more, even if they think they don't.
