I could get her to normal weight. I might have to live with her for the first couple weeks. It’s not hard.

Only drink:water. No flavorings.

Fast every day from 9 pm to 12 pm.

Eat one serving of animal protein 3x a day. If she is still hungry, the first week she can have 2 servings of animal protein. After the protein she can have veggies cooked in oil or butter, raw veggies, and one potato (or other starchy root veg) per meal. She must have potatoes every day of some kind (white or sweet) to feed her gut bugs.

There would be some vitamin and probiotic supplements, maybe kimchi or other seasonings. Salt and pepper, vinegar or lemon juice, olive, coconut, sesame oil, butter.

Believe me, this for a month and she would have lost her cravings for baked goods and desserts. Then she could keep this up for a year, then add in more seeds, nuts, beans, and even 1 c fresh fruit a day.

It would work.

As an added plus, your system would mean she would have to stay out of restaurants, so seating problem solved.
