I had a 92 last year but I read that many with that number go on to get diabetes and I have been pressing my luck forever.
I go for the yearly test again this week.
Once you are pre diabetic can you get back to non pre diabetic?
Presumably you can. I need to work harder this summer. I’ve stayed exactly the same blood sugar wise for about 9 years. So, at least I’m not getting worse.
