Truth be told - I see women (and men) like her on a daily basis at the restaurants where I live. Without being specific as to my home town - I’ll give you a clue:
They don’t call it Fat Antonio for nothing.

Majority of their food is carbs and sugars. When I do eat there I bypass all that! I ONLYgo for the roast beef and steak. I eat meat like a T Rex that way I’m not hungry later. In fact I’m not hungry till noon the next day.
