Help me understand how “my rights” require others to spend money. I thought our rights were inherit in our being and didn’t require others to do anything, but not steal from me, that is, respect my rights.

If someone wants to trade with me, that’s their decision assuming I want to trade with them. I have no right to force someone to trade with me. It’s like this, I have the right to choose my friends, my freedom of association, I don’t have the right to force others to be my friend, as this would violate their rights.

Rights do not require a moral claim on someone else.

Theft is when someone who has no moral claim to your money or stuff takes it from you.
